“Market-fresh” alone doesn’t make the grade for the list. I’m looking for restaurants that support local farms or that try to use ingredients that are mostly organic and local.

Blue tag: Regularly offer local, organic or fair trade choices
Green tags: Also completely vegetarian or vegan
Purple tags: Caterers or take-away counter only
